Shipping can be next day or up to a few weeks while we craft quality products for you.
You will receive an emailed tracking number when your order ships - track your order delivery on the USPS website.
Shipping costs are determined by region and items ordered.

Where's my package?
When you receive the email with your USPS tracking number your package is now under the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can click the USPS tracking number in your order confirmation email to check delivery status. You will want to work directly with the USPS to troubleshoot any issue with your package delivery. If you reach out to Ash Kickin regarding your delivery status, we can only provide you with the tracking number that was in the email we previously sent to you, and we will refer you to the USPS with that same tracking number.

If your Ash Kickin Product is Damaged
Keep in mind your main point of contact with any package issues is going to be the USPS. There's nothing we can help you with in the case of porch pirates so please work with your local USPS office.

If your Ash Kickin Product is Damaged
- You need to notify us of the issue on the same day the damaged product was delivered. Contact us detailing your issue, include the order number and a video or photo of the damaged product(s). We will send it to review. If we have any questions, we will send them via email. After we receive all the required information, we will provide you with an update.
