As I have read about post traumatic slave syndrome, this case normally happens in the adaptation of survival behaviors in American and African community in the United States and the Diaspora. It is not a healthy lifestyle and must cut by now. In todays modern generation, I guess we should be more open to each other and refrain from work or other form of discrimination. It was a study done by Joy DeGruy which becomes helpful in Psychologic industry nowadays. I also read that is not easily treated and requires high cooperation to an individual and the society as well. Leave a Reply. |
